2. Discussion
Analyze the relationship between men and women.
Analyze the relationships between families.
Evaluate the role of happiness and fear in these characters lives.
Infer what the unspeakable word is and why it is unspeakable.
Connect this chapter to our big idea of equality.
3. Chapters Three and Four
Individually, read chapters three and four.
At the end of each chapter create a one sentence summary on a post it note.
4. Graffiti Poster
The class will be divided in half and assigned a chapter to create a graffiti poster.
Everyone must contribute something to the poster!!
Include important quotes, characters, main ideas, illustrations, etc.
You will then present these to the class.
